THE GIFT EXCHANGE WHERE EVERYONE CAN PLAY!

Secret Santa, made simple.

100% free. Share one link. Everyone in your group signs up before your deadline. We draw the names and tell each Santa who they're shopping for — plus what that person loves. Even the organiser can play with all matches hidden, but you'll still have easy tracking and follow-up functionality.

How it works

01

Create & share

Set a budget, deadline and short note, then share your group link.

02

Everyone signs up

A short intro and a quick self-care quiz make gift-hunting easy.

03

Deadline hits

Sign-ups close automatically on the date you choose.

04

Matches drawn

Names are drawn at random — nobody gets themselves. Match is shared via a personal link.

05

The big reveal

Once gifts are swapped, organisers have the option to reveal who everyone's Secret Santa was.

Questions

Is Secret Santa Post really free?+

Yes. It's 100% free with no fees. If you enjoyed using it, there's an optional link to donate to a Singapore charity on Giving.sg.

Do participants need to create an account?+

No. Only the organiser signs in. Everyone else joins from the group link with their name and email, and gets a private personal link to see their match.

How are names drawn?+

Automatically when the sign-up deadline passes. Everyone is placed in one random circle, so nobody ever draws themselves. The organiser can also choose to initiate the drawing earlier than the sign-up deadline.

Can I set a gift budget in my own currency?+

Yes. You can set your budget and pick any currency, such as SGD, USD, GBP, EUR, AUD or MYR. Everyone sees the suggested budget on their personal page.

How does it help people choose a gift?+

Participants can share a one-line intro, likes, dislikes and allergies, and take a short self-care quiz. Their Secret Santa sees their top self-care styles with matching gift ideas.

What if someone drops out after the draw?+

The organiser can remove them. Whoever was buying for that person takes over their match, so everyone still has someone to be Secret Santa for.

Can we find out who our Secret Santa was?+

Yes. After the gift swap, the organiser can reveal all matches, and everyone sees who their Secret Santa was.

Is it good for office Secret Santa?+

Yes. It's built for flexibility. You can use this easily with remote and hybrid teams: share one link in your team chat, set a budget and swap date, and track who has checked their match.
